個人資料收集及私隱政策（PICS Statement）

本《個人資料收集及私隱政策》（下稱「本聲明」）由歐亞盈健通訊科技有限公司(AR Wellness Communication Technology Limited，下稱「本公司」） 制訂，適用於使用 「歐亞優健通(醫結會籍) 」（AR WellPass） 相關服務的所有客戶（下稱「會員」）。

This Personal Information Collection Statement (“Statement”) is issued by AR Wellness Communication Technology Limited (“the Company”) and applies to all customers (“Members”) who use the AR WellPass service.

5.1 本公司採取合理措施保障資料安全，但不能保證任何網絡系統 100% 無入侵或故障。

The Company implements reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection against cyber attacks or system failures.

5.2 若資料因第三方、合作夥伴、IT 供應商或網絡平台故障而公開、外洩或遺失，本公司不承擔任何責任。

The Company shall not be liable for data leakage caused by third-party failures, partners, IT vendors or online platform issues.
